Its easy to see why as already Tabuba beach being a popular high middle class residential area for Brazilians. The West coastal 'Sunset' road from Fortaleza to Cumbuco has now started work (started Oct 08) resufacing the tarmac, which was in much need of attention. The much awaited Golf Course in Cumbuco has now also started construction (Sept 08). With these factors and with developments now moving down from Cumbuco into the neighboring Tabuba, investment in this area can only be a solid one.
